  6. I must have a $20. rewards card due to me, but I can’t access that information. Everytime I try to log on to see, it says my information is not registered when I KNOW it is. I ask at the store and all they say is go to the website. Drives me nuts. Is there anybody out ther that can help???

  7. I am unable to get on line. It say my information is not found. I have spent plenty of money and would like to know what my rewards are and how to redeem them.

  8. I remember filling out information in the store and have used my card several times. I am not registrated according to you. I am unable to register on line also. What is going on.

Tried to register my card that I picked up at your store yesterday in Wilton, N.Y.
Registration on line is fouled up! I see many other people have complained about this in the past and you still haven’t fixed it! This is NOT the way to run a business! You should not want to upset your potential customers. They will just go somewhere else!
