I had to read the instructions very carefully and finally clic on the take me directly to E-rebates bar without popups and then I was able to file for my rebate, this was my first time took 15 minutes to get $ 10.00, could have been easier, but all in all not too bad.
This is way too much trouble for $2. Not at all good for customer relations – do better or skip it!
I like rebates but the electronic rebate format is a bummer. It seldom works and is laden with far too many scripts that do not respond. The site freezes constantly. Rebates are wonderful but this site stinks!
agree with the above. why does official ace site say its pop up and is blocked?!? also, 1st try said no account witn my info–strange since i have received sev. checks from that site! now it just won’t let me get to the e-rebate form to fill out. not great site, esp. for non-teckies!

I really feel bad, it take too much time to find “Already an Ace Reward Member”. It isn’t appear. why does official ace site say its pop up but it is blocked?!?. I’m not happy at all. I do like the Ace Hardware store at Uintah Gardens in Colorado Springs, Co., but getting out of the store is another story. There is never enough cashier’s on duty. The line backs up and the employees just turn a blind eye to the situation.
