  1. Whilst on holiday in Lllandudno i twisted my spectacles .I went into Boots in said town met a young specs mechanic who righted the twist and refitted my spectacles better than my optician at home and well deserved boquet to Ray at Llandudno muched deserved Thank you Eric Allen

    I was very disappointed with my eye test on Monday. I had an appointment card fot 9.35. After waiting I was told there was no record of my appointment. I was then told there was a free appointment at the other branch at 9.55. I have got polymyalga so walking and stairs are difficult. I was treated very well there but the optician was at a loss as he didn’t have my records. He made contact and got records that were out of date, he said he was concerened that the sight in my right eye had deteriorated, he said he would phone me ,which he did soon after I got home. He then said all seemed ok, the deterioration was caused by ageing, which is fair enough. I have assumed that my glasses are still ok, the optician was very good, but I feel that my appointment was a muddle and I left weary and somewhat confused.
