    i was double billed for item from amazon. first chrg by book mark was canc due to shipping concerns and seller sd my account was never charged. IT WAS 3/27 AND NEVER CREDITED. I NEED THESE FUNDS RESTORED ASAP. AMAZON AND SELLER HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED I LOVE THIS CARD AND CHOICE OF MERCHANTS—THANK YOU

    On March 30, 2011 I tried to use my Reward Card and it was rejected by the Resteraunt. My balance at the time was $ 155.69 the charge lncluding tip was $ 55.19. I quiried your web site and got a message that “The card number is invalid and can no longer be used”. My expiration date on the card is 03/2011. I do not understand why my card is being rejected. Please issue me 3 $50.00 Reward Cards with a new expiration date for the remaining balance I have one my card 3790 151316 48371. Thank you for your attention and response to my request. eric doane

    I feel the RewardBalance group or InteliSpend Prepaid Solutions, LLC; InteliSpend Prepaid Solutions, ULC or American Express, who ever runs this progam do it very poorly. It is wrong to have an experation date on a reward card that is less than one year, May 10′ – March 11′. When I called the 888# on the back of the card, the reply was basically “To bad”. When I tried to access the http://www.RewardBalance .com site to request a new card, or an extension for a one year period I was not allowed to access the site with my expired card. going forward I will avoid doing any business Amex, and these horrible reward companies.     I tried getting my balance on your website it doesnt work. I have 80.00 and am leaving in an hour to have dinner. After reading these other comments I sure the heck hope my cards go thru and I dont have any issues. I for one will not get these cards again either. Just because of this issue. Now I am apprehensive wether to even go out to eat. This is bullshit.
