  1. My 12 year old who has Asperger syndrome, used my debit card to set up an account with Hulu & Netflix. I know that the money can’t be put back, I’ve been told that several times. The money is for his sister’s child support and he had no right to spend the money, but he doesn’t understand fully what that means. I want both accounts closed and no more money to be taken out of my debit card. His name is Josh Maynard and I’d really appreciate your help in this matter. Both accounts come to about $20 a month. It has been taken out several months now, and like I said I’ve called and it’s still coming out. Please cancel these 2 accounts or I will have no choice but to contact the Better Business Bureau. I’m not a mean person, but I did not order these accounts.

I am so frustrated. I ordered Hulu because it said I could watch Project Runway from the start. I cannot figure out how to get it ordered and to play it. I did activate. Nothing tells me how to work this. Do I have to cancel or can I do this?

I had borrowed my daughters roku about a year and a half ago to try it out. Her accounts where unpaid so I set up an account. After returning roku I closed my account. Now we just purchased 2 roku’s and is it ture now we are not eligible for the 2 months free that it says all over the boxes when we purchased them? I really want to have my dish network removed, and would like to try this on our New roku’s.
    Thank you,
    Carylin Miller

I want to cancel my Hulu account, but there is nowhere on this page to do that. Guess I will contact my credit card and tell them to stop paying it.
