If you ordered a DIRECTV package recently, before your installation, the first thing you should do is to redeem your rebate online at www.Directv.com/rebate. If you submit your rebate before DIRECTV is installed in your home, your rebate credits will begin with your first bill. And rebates submitted after your installation can take 6-8 weeks for processing.
Submitting your rebate online is the fastest and easiest way to get your rebate processed. And you can also be able to receive the additional $5 rebate for providing a valid email address for receiving emails.
How to submit you rebate online:
Step 1: Visit www.directv.com/rebate and click the “View My Offers” button on the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Sign into your DIRECTV account. If you don’t have one, follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account with a valid email address. You’ll receive a conformation email, click on the “Confirm” button to complete the registration process.
Step 3: After login, you can see the link of submitting your rebate. Just click it and submit your rebate information, and an email will be sent to you containing your rebate confirmation number.
Please note: You must be submit your rebate within 90 days of the start of your service.
You can also redeem your DIRECTV prepaid reward card online at this website. When login your DIRECTV account, you will see the option to download your redemption form if you are eligible for a prepaid reward card. Then fill out your mail-in redemption form and mail it to the address specified on the form.
