How to enroll the program:
You can do it online or in store. It’s east and quick to enroll online. Just open the website www.cvs.com/healthsavingspass, and click on the “Sign Up Now” button to start the enrollment process. On the next page, You need to fill out the registration form with your personal information. After you enroll online, you will be able to print a temporary card, which you can start using immediately. You will receive your permanent CVS/pharmacy Health Savings Pass in the mail in 7–10 business days.
To enroll in store, go to your local CVS/pharmacy store and fill out an enrollment form and handing it to the pharmacist.
Please note: It’s not a health insurance. Anyone can join it. You need to pay $15 fee per person to enroll the program. It cannot be used in conjunction with any health insurance.
