I VISITED AN OUTLET SITUATED IN AROUCA , STORE # 10287 TRINIDAD WEST INDIES
. THE CHICKEN WAS BURNT, VERY FRESH TO THE NOSE, NOT SEASONED IN ANY WAY AND I WAS MAD AS HELL. CONSIDERED MY MONEY WASTED. IT WAS THE THIRD TIME THAT HAPPENED TO ME AT THAT OUTLET. NO MORE. A BAD NAME TO THE COMPANY.

I bought two three piece meals to go at an outlet on Loop 323 in Tyler, Texas. I did not check it before we left. It was hard and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time.. My wife could not eat it. That is the last time we will go to that outlet. Also we had bought this before at another location in Texas and the pieces was larger and was not dried out.

Opine: Very elderly employees - minor problem handing order out of window. Didn’t count my change back or ask me to check my order for accurateness. Friendliness seemed robotic and indifferent. Not very enthused on p.m. shift.
I speak do speak out when I have to but I hope I don’t have to at every visit.
