    We have 4 T V’s. Will T V ‘s without this digit box ,still receive “regular T V ?

  3. I have one tv that is digital, and two that are not. will I be able to use them, or will I have to buy new TVs. I hope Rochester decides to give charter some computation, as I am retired and cannot afford to keep up with your price increases all the time. the schedule choices are the poorest of any city I have ever visited.

  4. I think it sucks I already have a digital tv I shouldn’t need a box hooked to my tv. I liked just haveing the cable run to my tv

OK, I am completely in the dark. I just don’t understand this. Does this mean that I need to order a new box? I don’t mind if I do, because the box that I have is seems to be outdated. It’s nothing like I had with Dish. That one was so much easier to do things with. There’s times when I wish I would never have gone with Charter. With Dish, I could record and turn the tv off.
You can’t do that with this box. So, are these the kind of things that will change by getting a new box? Please let me know. Thanks, Sherri

Where do I find answers to all these questions and why do I have to change? Calling 1-888-GET-CHARTER connected me with a lady who patiently explained to me I already had the 2 boxes I needed. I found the letter I had received very misleading!
