    Actually, their free gift is the experience they get when they go into the store, the coupon is just an nice add-on. My nephew received a Birthday Crown, Balloon, and an incredibly energetic announcement letting everyone know that he was having a birthday! So many people (customers and associates) wished him happy birthday. He was ecstatic! Not to mention that Geoffrey the Giraffe called him on his birthday.

    And I’ve never bought something at Toys R Us over the years that was poor quality, missing pieces, or broken/junk when it came out of the box. Might just be you got the short end of the stick with a certain Toys R Us store, but we can’t blame the whole company on something that’s not a major recurrence with all of their customer base.

    Sara = DUMB

    Toys R Us doesn’t manufacture toys, they sell toys that OTHER COMPANIES MAKE AND PACKAGE. So you see, it’s ridiculous to blame Toys R Us for another company’s mistake.

    Now your message MAY have been worth reading if Toys R Us refused to make the situation right by replacing the parts/items.

    Unless… maybe the Toys R Us employees secretly open all of the items when they come off the truck and swipe half of the pieces just to antagonize their customers and give them SOMETHING to do during their boring days of sitting around thinking of random crap to b$%^&h about online.

    i kinda have to agree…since finding out i was preg. which was so bloody long ago…(15 month ago)…if i EVER had an issue with some thing i got at toys r us or even babies are us they replaced it until i was happy..even exchanging or replacing some thing from my baby shower was simple (due to being registered) walk in say i dont want it walk out with some thing different or $, …personally…i’m quite happy to shop at either place, mind u clothing prices are getting a little silly (35$s for a dress and hat….c’mon now..) but i still make it into one of the 2 atleast once every couple of weeks…nothing but great reviews from me…

    I agree with a lot said, that may seem crazy, but i love toys r us never had an issue with anything I purchased, although wal mart prices for the same product made by the same company will cost you less. Never had an issue at wal mart with a product. Not to say that one day i may incur an issue with either. I will say even thou I love toys r us, they are a bit high.
