If you’ve purchased a new Microsoft Office product, you can now go to the website www.Office.com/setup to download and install it by yourself within a few steps.
How to setup your Microsoft Office product:
To start, you should have the 5 X 5 Product Key (like this: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) at hand. You can find it from the activation card included with your Microsoft Office product.
When you open the website www.Office.com/setup in your web browser, you need to enter the product key carefully and click on “Get Started” button to continue.
Next, you need to sign in with your Microsoft Account. If you don’t have one, just click on the “Sign Up Now” button to create your own account.
On the next page, select your country and language, select your system and click on the ‘Install” button. Then you just need to wait several minutes to complete the installation process.
One product key can be used only one time. If it shows you that your product key is not working, you should check whether it’s entered correctly or it has been used before. If you’ve used it before, just sign in the Microsoft account you have used it and follow the instructions to install it.
You must sign in with your uniquely owned Microsoft account to setup your Office. Because if you would like to re-install your Office, you just need to sign in your account and use the Re-installation service. And the account will enable you to access various Office online services such as SkyDrive storage, Skype calling credit, Office personalization settings, Office subscription management/renewal capability, and more.
