Why do you make it so hard. A sign on the cricket box in store says go online to get coupon for reduced price for crickets for my tree frog and I have to go through pages of non applicable info. for a simple request. Why do you make it so difficult and why when I ask the store personnel what the deal is do they shrug their shoulders and act like the idea is ludicrous when they posted it on the live cricket container?

I’ve shopped at PETSMART for years,but with the trouble I’m having with this stupid survey for a mere 3 bucks I’m thinking of going to a store that doesn’t make me go on line forever till I’m so mad i can’t see. keep your damn coupon and i will go shopping for my 5 dogs somewhere else

You are right Deanna, just tried to use that coupon at Petsmart and they would not honor it. Why not???? Because my name was not printed on the coupon!!!!
I too got a huge argument over the Petsmart coupon at the store. They advised that corporate has changed its policies because of “fraudulent” computer coupons and they now require the coupon to have your name on it. However, they were NOT able to explain to me how to get one with my name on it except to mumble something about the website.
