Ingredients:

500 grams left over Roast Lamb
2 Brown Onions
2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
1 Teaspoon Mince Garlic
1/2 cup peas
1/2 Broccoli
2 Beef Stock Cubes
1/4 Cup Beef broth
1/4 Cup Water

Method:

Fry roast lamb, onion, garlic and curry powder until onion is browned (medium to high heat)
Chop broccoli into small or large florets and place on top (don’t mix in yet) – (reduce heat to medium low)
Sprinkle over beef stock cubes
Add beef broth and water
Place lid on top and simmer on low until broccoli softens
