I was in your store 2190 on north rock rd in wichita, ks. I drove from beverly ks for some sales specials that I found online in your weekly ad on 7/26. I was hot and tired from the drive. Kevin HUnter noticed that I was searching for something and askedif he could help. I told him what I was looking for and he show me where they were at. I had an item my listed that was not in the spot he thought it should be and went to look for it. When he could not find it, he asked another associate about it and even went to the back to see if it was there in the stock room. He came back and apologize for no finding it and it appearing to be out of stock. He offered me a comparable item at the sales price. I really appreciated it since I drove about 120 miles and felt he went beyond the call of duty to see that I was taken care of. He made me feel real special and signed me up for your rewards program.
