this is a waist of time I call the cusotmer service numbers and I am told to keep trying or they give me other numbers to try but no one can resolve this problem.

On Sunday April 30 2011 my daughter and I were shopping at your Fashion Valley store in San Diego California. Not only did we find some adorable purchases, but your empoyees were top-notch. On entering, a charming red-headed young lady whom I believe was named Caroline? greeted and assited us warmly. Then, to add to this pleasant experience we checked out with Joe Victor who saw to it that we received our proper discounts, which never would have happened if we weren’t reminded. On May 12, 2011 I was shopping at Baystreet Emeryville California, looking for a dress for my graduation. I couldnt find it untill this amazingly kind lady, which I believe her name is Lily, helped me find the most beautiful dress I had ever seen. She was very helpfull to even find my size and I walked out the door with a huge smile on my face and I was full of excitement. Know I cant wait untill I show off my dress at my graduation. I will surely come back to shop at express in baystreet and I am going to tell my friends to come and shop there and they have the best customer service. I just wanted to thank her so much for the great experience.

I just wanted to show my appreciation for the outstanding service that I recieved at the Ross Park Mall location.I have to admit that I’m not a frequent shopper at the mall,but when I was asked recently to do shopping for a friend of mine,I have to admit I was lost.When seeing that I was baffled,a saleswoman by the name of Janelle, jumped right in and rescued me from a daylong encounter,and had me checking out in a matter of minutes.I just want to commend both the saleswoman, and for the company who hired her and others like her. I will never shop there again. My daughter bought dress pants and blouse and they were completely WRINKLED . Paid 130.00 for these 2 items. Followed laundering instructions completely. Still come out WRINKLED. Used a cool iron.still look bad. Hate there clothes. Should have went to a cheap store, probably would have gotten better clothes . These wrinkles will never come out . Waste of money. Very dissapointed.
Nice clothing wish you would get alittle more larger size for those who are not x small or small.
Black friday was the best day ever to go shop at express. Everything was 30% off and i had a coupon $25 after i purchased my items. What a deal!! I am using it right now to buy a scarf

I would like to take a minute and give a high commendation to one of the Express assistant managers ( Yolanda) at the Fashion Place Mall in Murray Ut. I had someone steal my Business credit card numbers and had charged a considerable amount on the cards last Sunday.
I went in and asked Yolanda if she couold help me track down the purchases and do some research. She spent a lot of time helping me and ultimatly assisting me in finding the source of the fraud.
