I purchased a 200 minute card and submitted the promo code for 200 free minutes.
I got a message on my phone to contact Trackfone to complete the transaction.
I contacted Tracfone and they have no listing of this promo code, and was of no help to get to the bottom of the problem. so I got nothing.
This is the second time this has happened to me with these listed promo codes.
Why are they published if they don’t work? and who is posting them? apparently not Trackfone!

@ Marlene…where are YOU obtaining your promo codes from? Although all codes eventually expire, some remain valid longer than others. Some promo codes are card specific and there are restrictions, depending upon the code used and the amount of minutes you are adding. Are you testing the code BEFOREHAND to make sure it is valid before using it? I NEVER use a code without first testing it and seeing if it is valid and will work. If not, I try another code until I find one that does work. You can go to http://www.preprepaid.com/tracfone-code-tester.php to test your bonus codes against the Tracfone website, BEFORE applying it, to verify whether or not a code will work.
NOTE: On the site preprepaid.com, codes are tested with an esn that has never had a promo code. Some codes are ESN specific and some codes are only good ONCE per esn. The site DOES NOT store any ESN info, but it does however, store valid promo codes and adds them to a database for other visitors to benefit. @ Marlene…I need to make one correction to what I told you previously. Although I ALWAYS use the preprepaid.com website to test my bonus codes, I don’t limit myself specifically to obtaining promo codes there. I have searched around on other various sites as well, but have found myself the majority of the time, coming back to this site, http://www.hotbuzz4u.com/free-tracfone-airtime-promo-codes to obtain a valid code from the list they have to offer. But again, I ALWAYS test the code first.

Very disappointed!!! Tried to use Code #41656 for 200 bonus minutes with the purchase of a 200 minute card. Did not work…like usual! Everytime we try to use a code we need to settle for LESS!! The better codes seem to never work. Considering going to another phone service supplier.

I have tried using 67861 3 months in a row…they – trac phone leaves a message to call back…and when i do I am told that these codes can only be used 1 time from your phone…so I have run thru all codes listed and received nothing.
Just used promo code 31778 with the 120 minute card and it didn’t work. Called TracPhone and they said that 31778 was not in their system and was not a good number. However, I had them check on the 94921 promo code and they did have it and gave me the 30 minutes for that promo number.
