Fisher-Price, a unit of Mattel Inc, is now recalling about 10 million infant toys, tricycles and high chairs in the U.S. and Canada due to the potential safety problem. The CPCS and Fisher-Price are aware of 10 reports of children being hurt by the Trikes and Tough Trikes toddler tricycles, and 14 reports of incidents causing by the valve of inflatable ball on Baby Playzone toys.
