Enter Toyota Customer Survey & Win an Esso Gas Card

Did you receive a survey invitation from J.D. Power and Associates that asking you to participate in the Toyota Customer Survey? If yes, to enter, you should go to the website www.Customersurvey.Toyota.ca and follow the instructions to take a short survey about Toyota. By completing the survey, you could have a chance to win a $1,000 or $500 Esso Gas Gift Card.

How to enter the survey:

When open the survey website, just select your language to continue.

On the next page, enter the access code found on the survey invitation Postcard or email. Click on the “Next” button.

Then you can start to answer the survey questions about your Toyota experience, including purchase experience, vehicle quality, dealer services, and so on.

At the end of the survey, submit your personal information, then you’ll receive your entry of The Toyota Canada Customer Satisfaction Survey Contest.

Important Contest Rules:

The Contest  is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry

The contest runs every quarter. It starts midnight on the first calendar date of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1) and ends the last date of the quarter midnight (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31).

Limited two Contest entries per person.

There will be three prizes awarded in each quarter, one prize of a $1,000 Esso Gas Gift Card and two prizes of $500 Esso Gas Gift Cards. A total of twelve prizes in one year.

    Good morning,

    I recently leased a Toyota Matrix form Tony Graham Toyota/Lexus in Ottawa. I was sent a customer survey to complete but was unable to obtain a connection to the survey site. I would like to complete the survey as the Dealer Representative was so good in her dealings with me.

  3. I am getting tired of receiving these survey forms that it is impossible to get to the form. Going to the customersurvey.toyota.ca site just gets nothing but garbage.
    If you can’t make it easily accesable don’t bother sending out the forms.

    I was unable to get to the survey site. If the site doesn’t work, why you urge me to participate?
