You cut off all channels above 33 so we are forced to order your equipment and install it ourselves! What corporate chutzpah! What unmitagated gall. Just screw your customers, even tho we pay for extra channels, alll you are going to get after a certain date is basic service unless you hook up our equipment. Then the equipment does not work. Not a peep out of it. Once its hooked up, I get NO signals, just a blank screen.

Then I follow the instructions to get help over the phone — of course the goddam line is busy because you cheapskates only hire a minimal number of people to service alll your customers. Then I try the web site as per your worthless instructions, and all I get is this web site, which is USELESS!!!

Screw you and your monopoly. I am going to work hard to lobby our local officials to get another provider to our county.

When all was suppose to get boxes for our T.V.’s you said people that has cable don’t need a box, now we do? Very disappointed. Now you play these little games and I can’t find anything out.

I ordered and received two Digital Cable Boxes from Comcast for the television sets in my home today because I was only given the option to order two. Because I have two more television sets that are not yet digital, I am wondering how I am supposed to get Digital Cable boxes for them. Are we only allowed two free ones and will I have to pay for the other two? If so, what is the cost and how can they be ordered — from the same place as the other ones or is that a different place and phone number all together?

When I received the two I had ordered today, I called back to ask this question and was told that I could not order more until I had set the first two up. So my question today is whether or not I have the correct telephone number to do that — 1-888-634-4434 — and will I have to pay for each extra box above the two that were supposedly free?

I would appreciate a reply providing me with this information at the earliest possible time.

Thank you for attending to this matter upon receipt of this e-mail.

    Cordially,

    Patricia J. Garrett

This is the most ridiculous system I have ever seen. You tell me to activate OnLine. You didn’t tell me the Site DOESN”T exist. OnLine service and TV service IS your Business and you can’t get it right???? Pathetic. I personally went to the Service Center to get instructions to install these new boxes. The employee failed to mention this. Please don’t tell me your own employees aren’t aware of the Web Site fraud. You better get your act together or I will go elsewhere. They say a person who isn’t pleased w/your service will tell 10 people. Versus happy customers only tell 3. Well, that’s true. Thanks for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!

We are having problems hooking up these boxes. We pay our bills but receive no help from Comcast. Since we are over 70 and not familar with your terminology ,could you please send that nice service person who helped us previously? He was very nice and explained thing much better than others.
his tech # is 8296 Name is John.
If you can not help us,please advise and we will have to switch our package over to Verizon. Thanks

After reading the last 10 or more comments…I CHANGED MY MIND!
There is only one reason for 100% negative comments…POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I pay 8 dollars/mo for a basic cable and want to upgrade badly to take advantage of my new tv. The cheapest upgrade possible will cost me 75 dollars/mo extra. It’s time for Satelite.

I am so disappointed in Comcast. We received our digital boxes today, and tried to install them and get them activated. What a joke.!!!! We called all the numbers available, received some help until 5:0 clock. Guess what. All offices are closed. Cannot even get help on the 24 hr helpline. And cannot get onto the website. Tomorrow we will be calling another company to get service and it will not be comcast. They also told me that a serevice call to install their junk will cost $50.00.
