Costco Credit Card Activate & Setup Guidance

4. After enter all of them, click the “Confirm Receipt” button.

5. On the next page, you need to provide other required information and answer some questions about you and your family.

6. Finally, you can setup your online account of Citi.com. With it, you can also manage your credit card anytime and anywhere 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    I waited till now to set up my Citi Bank card. the computer “confirm card” will not accept any of my information.
    Basically this is a pretty bad website. Impossible for an old codger to navigate.

  3. I have been on the telephone for about 40 minutes and still no HELP. THIS IS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. obviously you need more help. You called me to say there was a mailing problem!

    I had my Costco American Express Card for over ten years and never had a problem. Now with this change over I can’t even figure out how to pay my bill….so how is this going to effect my credit score if a hard working business person can’t pay their bill because the set up is so confusing that you call for assistance and get placed on hold longer than your lunch hour. Will find a way to dump this card ASAP!!!

    This is the worst registration account website I have ever encountered. The information is simple, but the response is terrible. They have all the information and still want to send a code; however, they have the wrong number to contact me. Finally I get a customer service person who changes the number and when I try to register again, it fails to recognize all my previous information. This is impossible to get registered. Everything goes to Technical Support and they never answer. Hopeless.

    I want to review my account online but want to receive a paper statement each month. This is not a possible option online as I can’t get passed the “Go Paperless” option.
