I am trying to set up payment alert for Costco account and my American Airline account keeps appearing.

  2. This has been a horrible transition. I want to pay my bill, and I can’t. Why have you made it so hard to pay the bill????

  3. I have not even activated this card yet and I just got a statement that says I owe a late fee!! rediculous!!! Nice introduction to Citi. I think we may part very soon.

If you are looking for some positive feedback, this is not one. I came to Costco on ++VisaStart-UP day, I got in the gasoline line and after waiting a bit, the pumps came into view with the sign VISA only. So, no gas today. I then go into the store, having been told that I could apply and get a temporary card to shop on the same day. OH NO, my application ended with “application denied – you will be contacted”. Not wanting to wait until I “was contacted”, i went home and attempted to apply on-line. That resulted in “you will receive a communication from us in a few days.” My response to this was a loud #$%$#&%$ (not printable in this message. Then , recently, to make things worse I get a letter titled : “Decline of application:”. Reason “you have submitted multiple applications for credit”. Now, what do I do for the VERY FEW TIMES I WILL BE SHOPPING AT COSTCO, after being treated so poorly over this credit card change MESS ? answer: I go to my bank and get Visa card issued to me immediately, along with the information that my Credit Score is 801 . Wow, Really “not a credit risk” just a messed up Costco fiasco.

Glad I didn’t shred my old Costco card. Won’t (can’t) activate my new Citi/Visa card. A real pain the tutu.

Why do you have to make it so difficult??????????????????

  8. I, too, would love the answer. I itemize & scrutinize every bill but sure cant get that one…

Cannot access so can’t pay bill! This is ridiculous!

  10. I decided to give the card a try because I don’t want to lose the Costco Cash Rewards that I’ve accumulated through the Amex Costco card. I’ve used the Citi card once and already I regret it. I want to pay online but the website does not respond. I’m ready to cancel this card and lose the rewards. What a huge mistake giving up on American Express, which has a flawless online and customer service program!!!!
